SHIPPING POLICY

WaveNation Return Policy

We here at WaveNation strive to make sure that our fellow jeepers are completely satisfied with the product we sell. But occasionally something goes wrong with a order. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can return it within 10 days of the date of the delivery and we will refund the amount you paid for it. When you return the product you will have to pay the shipping. We of course will ship the replacement product and pay the shipping. Please just make sure the product has not been damaged in any way. Please make sure that ALL parts are returned with the product. If your product was a special order it will be exempt from our return policy.

Other conditions when ordering from WaveNation

When your order arrives please check the following:

  • All the products on the packing slip are there.

  • Check the condition of the products.

  • Make sure you received only the products on the packing slip.

  • If the products are damaged or missing please email us with your Name, Order number, and the problem you are having with the order.

Note: We do not pay shipping charges on return shipments
